Sessions are wellbeing services at a home, hotel or other agreed place in Athens, subject to availability and suitability. They are not a diagnosis, medical treatment or a substitute for healthcare. Descriptions and illustrations do not guarantee a particular outcome.
Booking, price and payment
Choose the service, duration, place and Athens local time in the calendar or contact us. A request awaiting approval is not a confirmed appointment. Check the booking status and confirmation. Before any binding agreement or payment, the provider must communicate the total price in euros, including applicable taxes, travel charges and any extras, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions. If a price is not displayed, obtain it before committing. No undisclosed charge applies. VAT is treated under the supplied small-business exemption regime. Report incorrect contact or location details promptly.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Contact us promptly to change or cancel, quoting the reference. A cancellation or no-show charge applies only if clearly disclosed and agreed before the contract, proportionate and lawful. These pages create no additional cancellation fee. If the provider cancels and you do not accept an alternative, amounts paid for unprovided services are refunded. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights take precedence over a commercial cancellation policy.
Right of withdrawal
For a distance service contract covered by consumer withdrawal rules, you may withdraw without a reason within 14 calendar days of conclusion. Notify us through the withdrawal form, by email or with another unequivocal statement before the deadline. We acknowledge the online declaration with a downloadable receipt. Refunds due are made within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise and without refund fees. If you expressly request performance within the withdrawal period and have received the required information, only a proportionate amount for services already provided may be due. The right is lost after full performance only with your prior express request and acknowledgement. Selecting an early appointment or accepting general terms alone does not constitute either declaration. Mandatory exceptions apply only when legally applicable and explained before the contract.
Comfort, safety and personal boundaries
Provide a safe, accessible place and obtain the accommodation's permission where needed. Sessions are professional and non-sexual. You can request changes in pressure or stop at any point. The provider may decline an unsuitable treatment or stop for safety or inappropriate conduct; statutory rights and fair settlement for services actually provided remain. Bookings for minors require prior agreement and an appropriate guardian. Discuss only relevant health concerns privately with the provider; do not send medical records through the website or calendar comments. Any necessary health-data processing requires a separate, explicit and informed consent unless another lawful exception applies.
Complaints and consumer protection
Contact the provider first with your reference and requested resolution. You may seek help from the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman or the European Consumer Centre for an eligible cross-border dispute. There is no compulsory waiver of statutory rights or exclusive Athens-court clause. We do not link to the discontinued EU online dispute resolution platform.
Privacy and the contract
Booking details are used as described in the privacy policy. Temporary setup: Google Analytics and its cookies are active when you enter this website, even if you select Accept or Reject. Both buttons currently only close this notice. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively alter an existing contract.
